Ecommerce Website Services in Karnal

An online store is three jobs, not one: build it, make it worth buying from, and bring the right people to it. This is where those three sit.

Development, design and marketing for ecommerce — taken as one brief, so the catalogue and the campaigns are not planned by two teams who never spoke.

  • Audit before you commit
  • In-house team, no outsourcing
  • Reported on enquiries, not impressions
What is included

What the engagement covers.

Every point below is part of the scope — we do not sell them separately, because one without the others does not move revenue.

A store built on a platform that fits your catalogue, not the other way round

Product data structured once, properly, and reused everywhere

Checkout tested on a real phone on a slow connection

Tracking wired in before launch, not bolted on after

Category and product pages written to be found, not just filled

One team for the build and the marketing that follows it

Ecommerce website services — design, build and marketing for online stores

Most of the stores we are asked to rescue work perfectly well. Products load, payments clear, nothing is on fire. They simply do not sell, and the reason is almost always the same: the site was treated as a build to be finished rather than a shop to be run.

So we take the three parts as one brief.

Key points on this page

  • Build
  • Design
  • Marketing
  • Where to start

Build

The platform follows the catalogue, not the other way round. Forty products with simple variants is a different problem from four thousand with price breaks per buyer, and picking the fashionable platform before counting the SKUs is how projects end up fighting their own tools.

We settle the dull things early because they are the ones that hurt later — how variants are modelled, how stock behaves when two people buy the last unit, what shipping costs at each weight, what happens to a cart that is abandoned. Ecommerce development covers this in full.

Design

The only question that matters is how easily someone gets from a product they like to an order they have completed. Everything else on the page is in service of that or in the way of it.

We test checkout on a real phone on a slow connection, because that is where most of your customers actually are, and it is where the problems hide. Ecommerce design goes into the detail.

Marketing

A store with no traffic is a warehouse with the lights off. Category and product pages have to be findable, ads have to be measured against orders rather than clicks, and the people who already bought once are far cheaper to sell to again than strangers are to find.

Ecommerce marketing handles the search and campaign side. If you would rather have someone look at the whole operation and tell you what is costing you orders, that is ecommerce consulting.

Where to start

If you are building from scratch, start with the build and bring marketing in before launch, not after — tracking fitted on day one is worth more than any report written in month three.

If you already have a store that is not performing, start with the consulting. It is cheaper to be told which of the three parts is actually broken than to rebuild all of them.

How we work

Six stages, in this order.

Skip one and the next underperforms. We have tried; it does not work.

  1. 01

    Audit

Crawl, competitors and buyer intent — before anyone opens a design tool.

  2. 02

    Fix

Technical debt first. Nothing compounds on a site that cannot be crawled.

  3. 03

    Structure

Architecture and internal links, so authority reaches the money pages.

  4. 04

    Build

The pages the audit said were missing, written to be cited.

  5. 05

    Earn

Coverage and mentions from places your buyers already read.

  6. 06

    Report

Enquiries and cost per enquiry, then next month's priorities.

Every month

You always know what we are doing this week.

A retainer that cannot be inspected is a retainer you should cancel. Here is the shape of a normal month, and exactly what arrives at the end of it.

  • Enquiries this month, and what each one cost
  • The pages that produced them, ranked
  • Every placement built, with the live URL
  • Technical changes shipped, with before and after
  • What we are changing next month, and why
  • A 30-minute call with the person who did the work

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

The questions we are asked most, answered straight. Still unsure? Ask us directly — a real person replies within one working day.

Ask your own question

Which platform do you build on?

Whatever suits the catalogue. We build custom stores on Laravel where the product logic is unusual or the integrations are heavy, and we work on WordPress and WooCommerce where a standard catalogue just needs to work well and be easy for your team to run. We will say which one fits after we have seen your products, not before.

Can you fix a store someone else built?

Yes, and it is a good part of what we do. We start by finding out which of the three parts is failing — plenty of stores need a week of checkout and tracking work rather than a rebuild. If a rebuild genuinely is the answer we will say so and explain why.

Do you handle payments and shipping setup?

Yes. Payment gateway, shipping rules by weight and zone, tax, invoicing and order emails are part of the build rather than extras. We would rather configure them properly than hand over a store that takes orders it cannot fulfil.

How long does an ecommerce build take?

A straightforward catalogue is usually six to ten weeks from brief to launch. Heavy integrations — ERP, multi-warehouse stock, buyer-specific pricing — push it further, and we would rather give you that number after seeing the requirement than guess at it now.

Do we need all three parts?

No. Plenty of clients take one. Taking them together mainly saves you from the usual problem where the build team structures the catalogue one way and the marketing team needs it another, and somebody pays to redo it.

The audit is free, and it is honest.

We will look at the site, at who is beating you and why, and tell you what it would take. If this is not your bottleneck, the audit will say that instead.
